Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

  • Create and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Develop and run Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media campaigns tailored to business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
  • Grow social media presence with engaging and targeted content.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to refine marketing strategies.

Web Development

  • Build, maintain, and optimize websites using WordPress and Shopify.
  • Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
  • Create responsive designs and customize website themes to align with marketing goals.
  • Integrate tools and plugins to enhance website functionality and performance.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads management.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and Shopify development, with a good understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other website performance tools.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a bonus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Clear communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • A creative mindset with a results-driven approach.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in executing digital marketing campaigns and developing functional, user-friendly websites.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Sales Consultant to manage front-desk responsibilities while contributing to the sales team. This full-time, on-site role involves client engagement, administrative support, and actively assisting with printing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients at the front desk with inquiries related to printing services
  • Efficiently handle phone calls, emails, and messages
  • Provide information on printing solutions, promotions, and custom design services
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders, guiding clients through the printing process
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction and sales records using the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets for printing services
  • Support basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
  • Address customer complaints or concerns with a problem-solving mindset
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming office atmosphere

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or sales role preferred
